HCN prevails in challenge against UC vegetation management EIR

After a long and difficult suit, Judge Frank Roesch decided in favor of HCN's claim that the UC vegetation management plan was so vague as to render the EIR that analyzed it fatally flawed. As a result UC has been ordered to vacate the approval of their EIR within 2 weeks.

Thanks to all who have supported HCN in the latest chapter in the struggle to prevent the destruction of the Hill Campus forests.
