HCN files suit against UC

On Friday HCN filed a lawsuit against the new UC EIR for their vegetation management work on the 800 acre “hill campus”. While we had hoped this wouldn’t be necessary, as has proven to be the case with UC, there is no room for resolving issues other than by using the courts.

While we have enough funds to get this started, we will definitely need additional support from the extended community to see this through to, hopefully, a successful resolution.
